The BDA's homeownership counseling assists families to become mortgage-ready for conventional financing and special federal financing programs, such as FHA, VA, and Rural Development 502 mortgage loans.

Homebuyers Club
We understand that not all clients are ready to purchase after taking the class and getting their certificate. There may be credit issues, lack of savings or any one of many reasons. Whatever the case, we are here to help.
The Homebuyer Club enables clients to receive more personalized one on one counseling until they are ready to purchase. If it takes 90 days or 18 months, we are with you every step of the way!
